Our personal training programs are led by certified personal trainers but are not hired by UBF. Our trainers are all freelance trainers but come highly recommended by us.

Ethan earned his NASM CPT certification in 2022 and quickly began pursuing additional education to deepen his expertise. Before stepping into the fitness industry, he was a multi-sport athlete at Monument Mountain Regional High School—playing football and serving as captain of the swim team during his senior year. After graduating in 2020, his passion for strength training took center stage.
His interest in personal training grew naturally. Spending countless hours in the gym, Ethan found a sense of belonging there. Friends often came to him for guidance, and helping them progress sparked a desire to share his knowledge on a larger scale. He realized he could use his experience to motivate others to build confidence through fitness.
Following his certification, Ethan launched Ethan Dean Fitness (EDF) to connect with a wider online community. Through EDF, he offers coaching and nutritional guidance tailored to each client. His training philosophy blends strength and hypertrophy principles and is adaptable for all athletes—whether they’re just starting or pushing toward advanced goals.
Ethan is now actively pursuing and competing in Classic Physique bodybuilding, using his own journey as a way to further refine his expertise and inspire others striving for their best physiques

Elodie became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in July of 2025.
Elodie grew up very active. She began playing club soccer through the YMCA in 2007 and then played for the Pittsfield Soccer Club from 2011 to 2018. While attending Pittsfield High School, she was involved in the cross country and track teams.
It was not until the 2020 Covid shutdown, when Elodie was not able to participate in her school’s sports, that she found her passion for weight lifting. She loved feeling attuned to her body and strengthening her muscles while understanding the biomechanics, metabolic and recovery process. In 2021, Elodie began training seriously, and in 2023 she was introduced to a new style of weight lifting: body building. Elodie became devoted to training and bettering herself. She has been training as a body builder since March of 2025.
Elodie’s programs are focused on hypertrophy and strength and can be tailored and applied to beginner to advanced lifters. She has discovered a love to educate, motivate and help others feel better about themselves through training.

Thomas is a personal trainer who helps adults—especially those in their 30s and up—get stronger, move better, and feel confident in their bodies again. He focuses on strength, mobility, and building habits that stick, whether you’re just getting started or getting back into it.
As someone who plays soccer and raised an athletic son who competed in multiple sports, he brings a real appreciation for athletic movement, injury prevention, and staying active for life. Thomas works with clients to reduce pain, fix imbalances, build strength and build a body that supports daily life.
